New Iberia, LA
Construction cost: $2,800,000
Timeline: 10 months
Scope: 32 apartments

Local officials required Cherokee Apartments’ architecture be representative of historical south Louisiana, and Wilmax met that requirement with the delivery of a handsome, antebellum-looking complex requiring completion of the streets and slabs prior to framing. JACKSON PINES (PINEY WOODS ESTATES)

Jonesboro, LA
Construction cost: $5,500,000
Timeline: 7 months
Scope: 40 homes, 1 community building

Jackson Pines is a new residential neighborhood comprised of two- to four-bedroom homes ranging from 1300 to 1700 square feet. This project required proactive engagement with the architect due to challenges caused by a 55-foot elevation change.

LIVE OAK SUBDIVISION

Church Point, LA
Construction cost: $5,200,000
Timeline: 8 months
Scope: 38 homes, 1 community building

The Live Oak Subdivision transformed flat, prairie-land into a residential neighborhood in eight months.
